In the Kingpins expansion, one of the six Kingpins has taken over the city. You have to use your mind and take them down, using up valuable time. The identity of the Kingpin is revealed during the game.

To capture the Kingpin, move the Patrol Car through the city to knock down the Kingpin Flophouses one by one to reveal which Kingpin you need to take down.

But be careful! The Kingpins have other plans in store for the loyal cops of Echo Ridge City and will unleash a wave of events when they sense the police closing in. The Kingpins expansion includes new city events for each Kingpin and his gang of gangsters.
