At what price do you sell the product?

We determine the pricing of your product in consultation. This will usually correspond to the recommended retail price (including shipping costs). In addition, it is possible that your products are included in sale periods (Black Friday Week, DSV Days, etc.) which means that your product may be (temporarily) for sale at a lower price. This does not change anything for your invoicing.

How do I get paid?

Once a month you send us an invoice of the games sent and shipping costs incurred. For the invoicing of the games and shipping costs we use a previously agreed price. We pay the invoice within 14 days.

How do I know when to ship a product?

As soon as your product is sold on De Spelletjes Vrienden, you will receive an email. This email contains the sold products and the customer's address details. You will send the package to the customer as soon as possible. Also make sure that you send the customer a track-and-trace code with the shipment. We expect you to send a new order within a week.

What if my product is sold out?

Good job! But because we do not keep physical stock numbers for sales partners, it is important that you report low stock to us in time. This way we can remove the product from sale in time.

What if I go on holiday as a sales partner?

First of all: happy holidays! But it would be nice if you let us know, so we can adjust the delivery time of your product(s)!

How does returning work?

The customer contacts you and returns the game to your warehouse.

Return received safely?

1. You can let us know by sending us the name of the customer. We will then refund the amount to the customer's account.
2. You then transfer our return amount back to us and send us a credit invoice.

Please note that the return policy of De Spelletjes Vrienden also applies to the sales partners.
