New entertainment options, a new job and some residents even find a new home. You naturally see opportunities to expand your city and grow into a real metropolis!

There is room for a number of vineyards on the edge of the city, which can then supply chic French restaurants and exclusive clubs. A contractor can work in the city to make room for new companies. And for those on a budget, there is always a grocer or a pawn shop where you can pawn your property.
