As the proud owner of an exclusive wine shop, your goal is simple: to build the most valuable collection. But in the wine world, competition is fierce.

Wijnen (Wines) is a trick-taking game with a tactical twist. Everyone plays one card from their hand, and the highest card wins the trick. As the winner, you have the first choice. After that, the remaining players choose one card from the trick in clockwise order and immediately place it on their shop board.

Once a card is placed, you can never move it again. So, you need to plan carefully where to leave space to slide cards in later. If a card no longer fits anywhere? Then it ends up in the sale, and that costs you points. So, you're not only arranging your own shop, but also constantly considering what to allow others. Because what is worthless to you could very well mean victory for someone else.
