The lone lighthouse keeper was sailing back to his lookout with food supplies when a huge storm arose. The rough sea caused his shipwreck and the sailboat sank to the bottom of the sea.

Fortunately, the lone lighthouse keeper survived by swimming to a small rock. Four sailboats mount the rescue, competing with each other to help and pick him up to get him back to the lighthouse island as quickly as possible.
