This is not a medical face mask. Wash this mask at 60°C after each use. Wear the mask over your mouth and nose. If the mask becomes too wet, take it off and wash it. Wash your hands before and after using the mouth mask. Face masks are not an alternative to keeping a distance of 1.5 m. Stick to the rules of the RIVM and stay safe!

The Mouth-Nose-Mask is only meant for private usage and does not provide protection against infections for the wearer, but reduces the spread of infectious saliva droplets.
