You are an investor sponsored by each of the Asian Tigers and your goal is to help these markets flourish and achieve the success they so desire. You build power plants, research labs, sponsor universities and set up factories that produce raw materials to serve local and more importantly international markets.

A simple mechanism makes for a highly interactive experience where players contest the relevance of their presence in each of the tigers, as well as personal goals set by their own management decisions.
