The third (and final) edition of Pandemic Legacy: Season 0! The year is 1962. The Cold War is at its height and the Soviet Union is busy developing bioweapons to end the Cold War and destroy the West. After a failed attempt to weaponize their C0dA virus project, they recently made a breakthrough with another pathogen they call MEDUSA. During Pandemic Legacy Season 0, players are CIA agents who travel the world to neutralize Soviet agents, fulfill specific objectives and uncover secrets. It is a standalone, epic and cooperative game where players progress through a 12-month campaign, with successes and setbacks influencing future missions. Can you save the world? During the Legacy game you will write on game components, put stickers on cards, cover characters or the board and sometimes even destroy (tear up) cards. These changes are permanent. Additionally, at the end of each game, your party will make permanent improvements to prepare for future games. Other changes will also take place during the game. Some game features are hidden and sealed until a later time, when you will be instructed to reveal them. The game ends when all objectives have been fulfilled or failed, there are no more playing cards left or when no more agents or incident stones can be placed. Depending on your success you can move on to the next month or you will have to play again this month. In the well-known card game Love Letter, 2–6 suitors compete to have their love letter delivered to the princess. She is looking for an ideal partner and confidante for her claim to the throne. Love Letter is played in several game rounds in which you enlist the Princess's allies, friends and family to deliver your letter to her. The card in your hand shows the person currently holding your letter, but this can change during a round by drawing and playing cards. To win a round you must have the highest value card at the end of the round or be the last player standing. The game ends when one player has enough love tokens to win. This new version of Love Letter features new artwork by Andrew Bosley and two new characters, the Chancellor and the Spy, making the game playable with up to 6 players.
