Voor het eerst in Final Girl is er in Terror From Destiny geen Killer (en ook geen handlangers) om tegen te vechten. Althans... niet eentje die je kunt zien of aanvallen. In plaats daarvan is het lot zelf — of de dood, of Destiny, hoe je het ook wilt noemen — de vijand. Deze onzichtbare kracht neemt langzaam het leven van de Fated Victims, vijf speciale slachtoffers die bij deze Vignette horen en altijd in het spel zijn, ongeacht op welke locatie je speelt. Het is jouw taak om zoveel mogelijk van deze slachtoffers te redden. Elke keer dat je daarin faalt, zal Destiny aan het eind van het spel een zware tol eisen.
