In Parks, players take on the role of two hikers who take the most fantastic walks during four seasons of the year. Each path represents one season and each season the paths change. During a turn, the players send out the hikers. By completing actions they can earn more resources and if they reach the end of the path they can exchange tokens for victory points. Take a walk in Trails, explore iconic locations and US national parks, collect resources, observe wildlife and earn badges. Trails is a standalone adventure in the Parks series with artwork from the Fifty-Nine Parks Print Series. In Trails, players walk back and forth along the path collecting rocks, acorns, and leaves; they take photos and encounter wildlife to earn bonuses. At the beginning and at the end you can hand in resources to earn badges, after which you start again in the other direction. As players visit the end of the path, the sun sets. As night falls, trail sites offer more vigorous actions, but they won't last forever. When the sun leaves the path, the final round of play takes place, after which the player with the most points wins.
