The popular trading game with 2 expansions and 4 scenarios in 1 box! If you would like to learn CATAN or introduce your friends to it, then this is the ideal starter package to acquire the best-known and most popular trading game of the last decades. First get to know the basic game and then try out the different scenarios. The basic game and all scenarios can be played with 3 to 6 players using the 5 and 6 player expansion. In addition to the “Best Friends” expansion, the box also contains 2 holiday and 2 regional scenarios “Iberian Peninsula” and “Rickshaw Run”. Who plays CATAN? Do you love trading, do you like to bother others, are you not bothered by a touch of luck and do you think an hour of playing is just right? Then CATAN is tailor-made for you. For about 30 years, this game has been extremely popular worldwide with both families and experienced players. And if you regularly get tired of a game quickly, then you will now get your money's worth. Due to the variable game structure and the many different scenarios, this box offers infinite variety! How do you play CATAN? The players settle on the newly discovered island of Catan. They start with 2 villages and 2 streets. The different terrain types surrounding their villages produce resources for everyone as a result of dice rolls. You need this to expand villages into cities or build new streets and villages. You get victory points for that. You can also buy development cards, which give you extra benefits. Because you do not always get the right resources, you may trade with the other players to achieve the desired combination. But beware of the highwayman. If you collect too many resources, they can easily take away half of them! Can you be the first to get 10 victory points? In the 5 scenarios you experience exciting journeys, help Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny and get to know the generous sides of your fellow players. All scenarios can be played with up to 6 players and offer new opportunities to further explore CATAN. Try settling in Spain and Portugal or northern India with the regional scenarios “Iberian Peninsula” and “Rickshaw Run”. These 2 scenarios give the game a completely different dimension!

In Mille Fiori you take on the role of glassblower and trader. You focus on glass production through workshops, trade and own houses. Whoever invests the smartest will score the most points and win this beautifully designed game. The Mille Fiori game board is divided into 5 different categories, each of which awards points in its own way. The five categories represent different phases in the world of glassblowing. Workshops are places where glass is produced. Houses are places where glass is used. Trading houses sell the glass and the port takes care of exports. There is also a category with people containing people who support your work. In each category you will find spaces where you can place diamond tokens, which score points. You get five cards per round. During a turn, you choose one of these cards and pass the rest to the player next to you. Based on the card you play, you place a diamond token in one of the categories on the game board. When four cards have been played and passed in this way, the last card is discarded and the round ends. In the “Workshops” category, you score one point for each token that forms a group with the newly placed token. If you place a token on a pigment field, this score is doubled. In the “Houses” category you get points for the field you place your chip on. If this spot is preceded by other tokens in your color, you gain the points from those tokens again. The “People” category is shaped like pyramids. The higher you place your chip in the pyramid, the more points you get. However, you may not place tokens on higher layers until those below have been completed. If you have already placed chips in one of the previous layers, they will give you points again when new chips are placed in the layers above. The “Trade” category has places for tokens, which show four different types of goods. For each token you place with a certain commodity type, you get points for all tokens of that commodity type. In the “Port” category you can move your ship on the harbor track instead of placing tokens. The further the ship goes, the more points you get. You can also place a token in one of the five rows of the port. Once a row is full, you get points for the goods placed in the “Trade” category next to the rows of the “Port” category. Each category has options to play additional cards from an offer next to the game board. By smartly choosing cards and placing chips, you can cause chain reactions for more and more points. When someone places the last chip from their own supply or when all the cards are gone, the game is over. The one with the most points wins.

Using the point total of all lights or tinsel cards on the tree (of the type just placed) determines your selection value. That selection value is then used to choose an ornament on the tree or select a gift/stocking under the tree. Ornaments and gifts/stockings all score in different ways.

The feather festival is about to begin! In this card game, each player has their own mask, but the other players do not know which one it is. The players can collect colored feathers on the beach to decorate the masks as beautifully as possible. The more colorful the feathers, the more points the mask is worth at the end of the game. The players play cards with colored or black feathers by placing them next to one of the five masks. They don't know who has which mask, but they want to find out. If they guess correctly, they get bonus points and if everyone guesses a mask correctly, the player whose mask it belonged to loses. Players take turns turning over one card from the face-down pile and placing it above or below one of the masks. As soon as there are a total of five feather cards in one mask, points are scored. But who actually gets those points will only become clear at the end of the round when the owners of the masks are revealed. If a player's mask is guessed correctly by all other players, he loses the round. He cannot score any more points this round. You play three rounds like this, so there are three chances for points. The elements of water, fire and air influence the party. Sometimes the tide brings extra feathers. Sometimes there is a breeze and at night there are campfires and a feather might catch on fire. Black burnt feathers give you negative points again. Decorate the masks on the island, mask yourself and get lucky!

Gloomhaven: Buttons & Bugs is a solo game, with an original campaign written by Isaac Childres, that offers a playstyle similar to Gloomhaven but at a fraction of the size. Gloomhaven: Buttons & Bugs takes place after the events of Gloomhaven and Forgotten Circles. The reclusive Aesther Hail has built a reputation for her crucial role in saving the city, and she absolutely hates it. Wannabe heroes are constantly invading her studio at the Crooked Bone, looking for help to become famous themselves - and then there are the demons out for revenge. She briefly considered moving, but since that would require effort, she instead placed an enchantment on her front door: anyone who tries to open it will be reduced in size and therefore no longer a problem. Your character is such a wannabe hero. In an ill-conceived attempt to become famous, you try to visit Hail, and poof. Now you are as small as a mouse and have entered a completely different world of lawlessness. They must find a new way into the Crooked Bone and convince Hail to return them to their previous format. Each scenario is a single map, pitting one mercenary against a handful of enemies using simplified actions and artificial intelligence. Each mercenary only has four double-sided cards in their hand, but these can be used twice - both front and back - before being discarded. Attacks are resolved using a die in combination with a modifier table, and both the table and the mercenary's skill cards can be improved as you level up throughout the campaign.

Take a garden trowel, grow pea plants and become a master geneticist! Gregor Mendel was a 19th-century Augustinian who is called the father of modern genetics. In Genotype you are one of his assistants and you battle to collect experimental data on pea plants. You do this by determining how the plants inherit their most important characteristics: seed shape, color of the flowers, color of the stem and height of the plant. The observable properties of a pea plant (the phenotype) are determined by its genetic composition (the genotype). The relationship between genotype and phenotype and the nature of genetic inheritance are at the heart of Genotype: A Game of Mendelian Genetics. During the game you are given pea plant cards showing a series of phenotype traits that you try to produce and collect (such as pink flowers and a tall plant) to score points. Each round the dice are rolled to determine which plants are grown. This can create the properties you are looking for. Then each player takes turns choosing a number of dice to complete their pea plant cards or further their research. The traits produced during dice rolling are essentially based on Punnet squares, with the parent plants passing on one gene at a time. By changing the genes of these parent plants, players can increase the chance of rolling the desired traits. Rolling dice to complete pea plant cards is the main way to score points in this game.
