Faraway - Card game

Description

Faraway tells the story of the mysterious continent of Alula, where the population lives in harmony with nature and the constantly changing landscapes. The only way to explore Alula is to explore again and again. Along the way, you'll collect resources you need to complete the quests. For completed tours you receive points, which can give you the winnings.

What makes Faraway unique is the scoring. Players play 8 region cards from left to right in their own playing area in 8 rounds. The scoring at the end of the game runs from right to left, which requires a lot of thinking and planning during the game. The scoring is done card by card and gradually more and more of the previously played region cards, including bonuses and resources, are included. In this way, cards become worth more and more points.

Each round consists of 3 phases, which are completed by all players simultaneously. At the end of the game the points are counted. The one with the most points wins the game.

PLEASE NOTE: this game comes in four different variants of which only the cover differs. You will be sent a random variant.
