Scythe is a popular board game for expert players. Each player plays with their own faction (including miniatures!) and tries to make their faction the richest and most powerful in Eastern Europe. With your leader, robots and workers, you explore and conquer areas, recruit recruits, produce goods and build buildings. In Scythe, you work on your infrastructure and explore the world. Have you built a powerful faction? Then you might go into battle with another faction! Do you succeed in excelling on six fronts and becoming the richest faction? Then you win Scythe!

Scythe Expansions

Do you also think Scythe is a great board game? Then you will definitely want to expand the basic game with these great expansions. In Scythe The Wind Gambit you can add two modules to the basic game. Think of cool airships, for example, of which a miniature is included for each faction. In Scythe Encounters you will find 32 new encounter cards that you can use in the board game when your character has an 'encounter'. These encounter cards are even more fun and powerful than those in the basic game and really add something to your game! With Scythe Invaders from Afar you add two new factions to your Scythe game with of course 10 miniatures, 62 wooden tokens and 2 faction boards.

Scythe The Rise of Fenris

Are you curious about the story behind Scythe? Then play the campaign game Scythe The Rise of Fenris. In eight campaigns you discover the story and after the campaign (or instead of, if you prefer) you can use 11 new modules as an extension to the Scythe base game. During Scythe The Rise of Fenris you discover the story and unlock items. The game contains 5 secret boxes with game elements, 6 punchboards, 13 plastic miniatures, 62 wooden tokens, 2 dice, 25 tiles and more than 100 cardboard tokens. With Scythe The Rise of Fenris you can even play Scythe cooperatively! And the best part: the campaign is completely resettable, so you can just play it again afterwards.

My Little Scythe

Once upon a time, a fan wanted to play Scythe with his kids. So in 2017, he decided to release a print-and-play game for kids: My Little Scythe. It won the BoardGameGeek award for best print-and-play game in 2017, and Stonemaier Games liked it so much that they released it. My Little Scythe is a kids’ version of Scythe, where kids build friendships, learn magic spells, and deliver gems and apples to Everfree Castle. Maybe even get into a pie fight!
