Sea Salt & Paper is a card game for those who love collecting games and origami: fast, beautiful, surprising and sometimes with a dangerously sharp edge! Each turn you take a card and you can play action cards. But you always play action cards in pairs. For example, you can take an extra card or steal a card from someone. At the end of the round you get points for all kinds of sets of cards. But there's a twist: you decide when a round ends! And if you are convinced of your own abilities, you bet that you will win the round and score extra points... or you will get wet!

In the second game of the series that started with Sea Salt & Paper, the aim is to place your cards as cleverly as possible in a 3 by 3 grid and score the most points. You take turns taking cards from a central market and you always ask yourself: what do I need and which cards do I not want in my opponents' tableau? A nice puzzle game, with illustrations that transport you to a dreamy landscape full of wood elves and other friendly creatures. Pixies plays quickly and is easy to explain. Yet there is a lot of depth to it, more than you might think at first glance. Because you can earn points in several ways, you always have to find the balance when choosing new cards. In order to score a lot of points, you sometimes have to sacrifice cards that you have previously taken: that hurts a bit, but is important for those who ultimately want to become really good at this game.

Each round, players enlist the help of a particular Paladin and gather workers to complete tasks. As the game progresses, players will slowly increase their faith, power and influence. These not only influence their final score, but also determine the meaning of their actions. The game concludes at the end of the seventh round. The Games Friends: " Our favorite game in the West Kingdom Trilogy. There are a lot of choices, but the actions still feel logical. We think the strong element is that you cannot focus on everything in one game. This means that you can always do something different. try something else and you will be able to play Paladins for a long time. Treasure hunters and saboteurs trouble each other in this role card game. The only question is who is on which side! Each player receives a role card, which indicates whether he is a saboteur or a treasure-hunting dwarf. He keeps his role a secret from everyone, but can of course say whatever he wants in the meantime. Furthermore, each player receives a number of cards with corridors, tools or sabotage options. The treasure hunters aim to find the treasure, while the saboteurs try to prevent that. This way they can sabotage each other's tools or explain courses the wrong way. Because it cannot be determined with certainty who belongs to which party, it is best to avoid hindering an ally in this way. The winning side receives a reward at the end of the game. Whoever has collected the most rewards after a number of rounds wins the game. The Games Friends: “ We really like games where you have to bluff and fool each other. Saboteur is therefore fully approved by us! The simple rules and limited playing time make Saboteur the perfect game to take to family and friends."
