Founders of Teotihuacan is a standalone game. When it is your turn, you must perform an action or pass. To perform an action, place 1, 2, or 3 of your action disks on an action space on the board and perform a corresponding action. Each action space can contain up to 4 action discs, including bonus discs! Your personal player board is divided into four districts. Buildings and temples can only be placed in the two districts closest to your architect. Pyramid tiles can only be placed within the six pyramid squares closest to your architect. After performing an action, move your architect clockwise to the next side of your player board. This changes your architect's range for your next turn. After all players have passed, the current round ends. After the game ends, players score additional victory points for how well the districts complete their pyramid.

This extension contains 4 modules. The "Way of the Sun" module introduces two alternative layouts for the Sun Temple. The "Vassals of the Inca" module introduces a new secondary action that allows you to use specialties from other nations that your armies (or the armies of other players) conquer. The "Nobles and Newcomers" module is the largest of the new modules, and it introduces a number of new features: a new building type, newcomers, and several new passive buildings. Last but not least the module “Pachamama”. That's an improved and streamlined solo opponent for the game. Additionally, this expansion includes 8 new passive buildings, which can be added to the game regardless of whether you play with any of the modules or not.

She used the recently isolated element uranium to heat a pot of water and used the steam to power an engine, keeping the uranium active through a process she called "atomization." Her device, the Nucleum, ushered in a new era of energy and prosperity for decades to come. Saxony grew from a small regional power to the center of European science and technology. Now, a generation later, factories are still hungry for more energy and demand bigger and more Nucleums to be built, more uranium is imported from the nearby country of Bohemia, and railways and power lines are built throughout the country to tame the power of the atoms to the great cities of Saxony. Inventors, engineers and industrialists flock to the Saxon court and compete to become the leader in this new industrial revolution. Nucleum is a complex board game in which players take on the role of industrialists trying to succeed during the economic and technological boom of 19th-century Saxony, powered by the invention and spread of the Nucleum (a nuclear reactor). Players earn victory points by developing their networks, building and powering urban buildings, securing contracts and completing milestones. Each player will also receive unique asymmetric technologies, granting them special powers when unlocked.
